This is what he has to say about his college days at INC Nagpur. Read on& <br> <br> <strong>Please tell us about yourself and your current placement<br> </strong> <br> I completed my MBA in 2006 from Nagpur campus. I am in real estate business now. I have three years of job experience in different companies. I was determined to be an entrepreneur and so I have finally started my own business. <br> <br> <strong>Describe your current job briefly </strong> </p> <p>Now I am the Master Franchisee of REBI (Real Estate Bank India) for Nagpur District and a few surrounding districts. REBI is a one-stop property shop, which provides hassle free real estate dealings for all. All services related to property, like buying, selling, leasing, renting, home loans, insurance, legal services, etc., are available under one roof. So this is a preferred destination for individuals and builders for dealing in properties located anywhere in India. My showroom is situated at Ravi Nagar Square, Nagpur. I also run a share trading terminal.<br> <br> <strong>How do you balance your personal and professional life?</strong></p> <p>One must have a perfect balance between one s professional and personal life. Only then can one excel in the role. I enjoy my work and also manage to devote maximum time for my family without affecting my business. <br> <br> <strong> What are your feelings on this changed role from a student to a board member of INCAS?</strong></p> <p> It s a privilege to be part of INCAS Board of Governors along with being the President of Nagpur CEC Chapter. I am well aware of my responsibilities as a part of INCAS team and will endeavor to take INCAS to new heights with better accomplishment of goals in a more effective manner. <br> <br> <strong>What are your reflections on your student days?</strong> <br> <br> I am very fortunate to have been a part of INC. Memories at INC always bring a smile on my face. It was a wonderful learning experience and I am proud to be an INC alumnus. <br> <br> <strong>How did you feel about your academic and intellectual pursuits during your stay at INC?</strong> <br> <br> Two years at INC was full of intelligent management learning with smart focus on self development. The entire curriculum and the process are so well designed that it brings out the best in every individual making him ready for the corporate world from the very first day. SIP was one of the best features at INC. <br> <br> <strong>How are the pursuits helpful in your present placement?</strong> <br> <br> I am now fully aware of the working and management style in the companies and this has boosted my confidence to work with anyone in the corporate sector. For all these, the seeds were sowed at INC. <br> <br> <strong>How do you assess the teaching abilities of the faculty members who taught you at INC?</strong> <br> <br> At INC, each faculty member was carefully selected. The faculty members were up-to-date with subject knowledge and there were able to deliver the best to the students. Further, guest lecturers from renowned industries gave the much needed additional inputs to us. <br> <br> <strong>What do you feel about the facilities and infrastructure at INC? </strong> </p> <p>Infrastructure at INC was the best in the industry.
