CEC Meet Jaipur Chapter
The Jaipur Chapter CEC Meet was held on July 19, 2009, at the Regional Office, Jaipur. Romil Kulshrestha, President, CEC presided over the meeting. Addressing the fellow members, he highlighted the activities conducted by the Jaipur Chapter till date. Punit Pandey, Regional Head, Jaipur and Regional CEC members suggested enhancing the alumni participation in the events by improving the alumni networking and constant updating of alumni database on the INCAS portal. New CEC members were inducted into the vacancies caused by the resignation of a few CEC members. A resolution welcoming new members into the Chapter Executive Committee was passed. A resolution was also passed to register more members for the online complimentary subscription for IUP Magazine/Journal. Vote of thanks was proposed by Manish Medatwal, INCAS Relationship Officer, Jaipur.




Kolkata Chapter
The Kolkata Chapter CEC Meet was held on August 16, 2009, at Regional Office, Kolkata. Rajdeep Saha, Vice President, chaired the meeting. He emphasized the importance of developing and strengthening the alumni network by increasing their participation in the events. He requested the members to come forward and contribute more quality articles, short stories, poems, jokes and so on to INCAS Network magazine. The members discussed the new features uploaded on INCAS website. These include: Job postings, matrimonial services and copies of previous issues of INCAS Network magazine. He informed the members about the latest developments on the portal. CEC members collectively came forward and discussed their responsibilities in encouraging fellow alumni to contribute for the INCAS Network magazine and updating their contact details.

The meeting ended with vote of thanks proposed by Gaurango Bandhopadhyay, INCAS Relationship Officer, Kolkata.

Vadodara Chapter
The Vadodara Chapter CEC Meet was held on September 05, 2009, at INC Vadodara campus. Jignesh Thakkar, President, CEC chaired the meeting. Dr. Aurobindo Ghosh, Campus Head, Vadodara, briefed the alumni on the developments in INC. The minutes of the previous meetings were presented by Vishwas Jambu, Vice-President, CEC. Chapter Executive Committee members appreciated the variety of events, like Reunions, CFA Seminars and Picnics, conducted by INCAS. The members suggested having sports events in the coming days. Dipak Soni, INCAS Relationship Officer, proposed vote of thanks.
