INCAS Network wishes all the readers a very happy and
prosperous 2010. As is the case when every New Year
dawns, it is time to take stock. Time to look back and see how
many promises we have made ourselves, have been kept.
And…to make new promises. In other words, it is time to
harvest what we sowed in the previous year and, plan how
we would like to go about life in the New Year, which always
brings in a breath of fresh air, a new resolve and a renewed
sense of optimism.
This issue of INCAS Network, ushering in the New Year, also
brings with it a sense of sanguinity. The first issue in 2010
starts with a set of purposeful New Year resolutions of
Sharath Unninathan in order to enrich and enhance his career
success. ‘Meet-the-Alumni Couple’ is a brand new feature,
which focuses on those men and women among our
members, who got into wedlock with each other and are
leading a successful life – officially and personally. The first
couple to be presented here is Kavish Khosla and Priyanka of
MBA 2007.
Ankit Agnihotri provides us with an insight into not only how
to face challenges, but also how to even challenge them
(‘challenge the challenges’). We continue with more ‘Famous
One-Liners’ and ‘Quotes to Remember’. This issue covers the
CEC Meets and Re-union Meets (which included some funfilled
events) at Vadodara, Jaipur, Kolkata, Bhopal, Kochi,
Noida, Agra, Ahmednagar and Coimbatore. The other
regulars like Reminiscences, Book Shelf and Blissful Bonding
are also featured.
There is a special appeal, by our Editorial Group member,
JAR Moorty, to all our alumni members to scrutinize and
ensure error-free contributions to help make the life of the
editorial team a bit easier. We sincerely hope that our
members will, in future, heed to this request while sending in
their material for publication.
We welcome your valuable feedback on the form and content
of INCAS Network. This will encourage us greatly and will
help us in refining the quality of the magazine further.
