Hello, this is Smita Choudhary, a member of INC Alumni Society I belong to the class of 2008, currently pursuing PhD in management from Jaipur National University. I am presently working as an academic coordinator with Sikkim Manipal University’s Learning Center at Alwar, Rajasthan.

I belong to an upper middle-class family from Alwar. But, the dreams were never small. My dreams were always high and these dreams materialized after I completed my MBA from INC. The two years that I spent at INC altogether transformed my life and gave a new horizon or direction to my professional career. Since then, there is no looking back.

I did my MBA after my marriage. My daughter was 4-year-old at that time. But with my husband’s and daughter’s cooperation, I was able to overcome every hurdle that came my way and emerged with flying colors. My academic record and award for best overall performance speaks volumes about the hard work that I put in. It ultimately paid off in the form of an offer for the position of faculty member in my own college.

My tenure at INC was a rich learning experience – particularly the four months of Summer Internship Program. It gave me a chance to practically apply the knowledge that I had gained in my theory classes. Besides that, it provided me with a good corporate exposure and made me ready to face the challenges of the corporate world.

The curriculum of INC is very well compiled and designed to fulfill the requirements of the corporate world. The examples and case studies are excellent and provide a rich wealth of knowledge about each and every detail of the business world with reference to many well-known companies.

INC gave me an opportunity to be a faculty member and I grasped it without a second thought. I attended a six-months Faculty Training Program organized by Staff Training College, Gurgaon. It was a valuable learning experience as I gained insight into the minutest details of teaching. In addition, it gave me the opportunity to experience life in a good corporate city like Gurgaon. It was indeed a lifetime opportunity.

Now, I am running my own SMU Center at Alwar and by God’s grace, I have achieved excellent results. I am the Academic Coordinator of the Center and also the faculty member for Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. My experience as a member of the teaching faculty at INC and the training that I attended in Gurgaon has helped me a lot.

My ultimate aim in life was to attain new heights in the field of academics and INC has helped me in realizing my dreams. I owe my success to INC.
