Notice of the Annual General Body Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the 2nd Annual General Body meeting of the members of INC Alumni Society (INCAS) will be held on Friday, July 23, 2010 at 3:00pm at Conference Hall, #63, Nagarjuna Hills, Hyderabad, to transact the following business:

Item 1: To receive, consider and adopt the audited Balance Sheet as on March 31, 2009 and Income & Expenditure Account for the year ended on that date, together with the report of the Board of Governors and the Auditors Report.

Item 2: To elect new members to the Board of Governors.

Item 3: To consider any other matter with the permission of the chair.
